PROGRAMS & PARTNERSHIPS
Next Steps Educational (NSED) Academy is a customized technology program designed to provide hands-on, interactive learning opportunities for students interested in STEM. Through a series of short and long-term programs, NSED Academy partners with local colleges and universities, faith based organizations, chambers of commerce, and school systems across the region to house our programs within the communities we serve.
BITNPRO is apart of the educational, health and wellness arm of The Moore Legacy Foundation, Inc (TMLF, INC). The Moore Legacy Foundation is a Federal 501©3 focused on providing education and wellness services to children and families in rural and underserved communities, as well as creating scholar opportunities to for high school and college students. 100% of all sales and proceeds from BITNPRO apparel goes to TMLF, INC in support of the students, families and communities we serve.
NO WAIT Mobile IT Support is a workforce development program developed under NSED Academy in conjunction with EAM Solutions Group, LLC and The Moore Legacy Foundation. NO WAIT provides high school and college-aged students an opportunity to earn income while being trained in the various aspects of IT. NO WAIT Mobile IT Support provides technology services geared towards consumers, small and medium sized businesses,
computer repair, email support, network installation, cyber-security, phone systems (VOIP) and various cloud-based technologies.
TMLF conducts leadership development camps with students in middle to school to college students. These camps focus on teaching young men and women how to drown out all the negative elements of life and focus on the best life has to offer. We also work on civic engagements, body language, soft skills and mental health awareness, verbal communication skills, career readiness and conflict resolution.
In the spring of 2012 The Moore Family partnered with Virginia State University to form the Collegiate Power Program (CP2). The program has expanded tremendously over the past 8 years. The program is designed to provide internship/mentorship opportunities to prospective college students in their Sophomore/Junior/Senior year. The students can work on a litany of projects and task to gain real world experience. The CP2 program works with various small businesses and corporations to provide these opportunities for students. To date we have assisted and directed over 15 college graduates to work in IT/Business/Technology/Cyber Security industry. The average annual salary of our students ranges from $56k to 1$15K.
TMLF provides a life mapping and goal setting comprehensive curriculum delivered in phases that are education level appropriate. For everyone in the program, a consultation will facilitate the collection of thoughts ideas and vision for the creation of a life map. In order to take steps toward actualization, the program leverages THE FORMULA to strategize, stabilize, enhance and maintain (S2EM) ultimately formalizing a plan for SUCCESS.
